A thought triggered by the rundown of useful twitter accounts up top is that it would be super useful to have an explanation about which kinds of obstructive NYPD parking (e.g. chalking off and parking on sidewalks near precincts, parking on top of actual parks) are odious but legal, and which are illegal.
